TAMJANIKA JEFIMIJA

This specific light yellow, green-shaded wine is processed in the traditional way and made from selected grapes of the White Tamjanika grape variety from our own plantations.
It is aged in new oak barrels.
Its predominant aroma is that of pure nutmeg and basil, while tones of vanilla and oak lurk in the background.
Limited edition.
Jefimija won a silver medal at the AWC Vienna International Wine Awards in 2019, in which 1726 wineries from 42 countries with over 12,000 wine samples from all over the world took part.
Jefimija is recommended with home-style dishes, stuffed peppers and roasted meat, but also with hard cheese, grilled fish and salads.
Best served at 11 or 12 degrees Celsius.
