Vukoje Syrah is a red wine made through a classic vinification process, and the fermentation process lasts 12 days.
Vinification takes place in specialized vinifiers at a temperature of 26 to 28 degrees Celsius.
During this phase, the best characteristics of the wine are achieved, resulting in a product that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine begins to mature.
It is placed in oak barrels and the ageing process lasts a full 8 months, with an additional 6 months of ageing in bottles.
