The wine has a light yellow color with a delicate grey shimmer.
Intense primary herbal aromas develop on the nose, supported by excellent freshness and slight hints of dry meadow flowers in the background.
The fragrance opens in layers to fruity aromas of lychee and white vineyard peach.
The taste is fresh and light with lively acidity.
Herbal aromas dominate with a hint of minerals in the background.
Medium-bodied with a pleasant and juicy finish.
The recommended serving temperature is 10-12°C.
Gastronomic recommendation: Seasonal salads with creamy dressings, breaded and grilled white meat, white fish or served as an aperitif wine.
