This is an almost lost treasure of Serbian viticulture.
This rare variety is characterized by a reddish color and a pleasant aroma.
The wine produced from this grape variety today has a yellow color with a slight green tinge at the edge.
Floral, fruity and herbaceous aromas dominate.
The primary aromas include white flowers, especially elderflower, pine resin and honey, while fruity notes of vineyard peach, apricot and warm apple come through.
The wine is creamy and mineral on the palate, with a long fruity finish.
Serving temperature is 10-12°C.
Recommended with Bagrina are soft cheeses, chicken with curry, roast chicken, sea bass, hake, scampi.
