What does Medinarium sell?
Wine, rakija and spirits, honey and bee products, jam, and wooden goods for the kitchen and table. Everything comes from family producers in the Balkans, and the honey we make under our own name. The full range is in the shop.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard) when you complete the order, or cash on delivery. The available methods are shown at checkout.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Within Austria 6,90 €; orders above 250,00 € ship free. After payment, parcels usually take 2–5 working days. All countries and prices are listed on Shipping & payment.
Do you ship outside Austria?
Yes. We ship across the EU and to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and Liechtenstein. Per-country rates are on Shipping & payment, and checkout calculates the amount automatically.
Can I return an order?
Yes, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase. You arrange the return yourself and bear the direct cost of sending it back. The full policy is under Returns & complaints.
Can I buy and taste the products in person?
You can — in our shop in the Mödling pedestrian zone, Brühlerstraße 7/1, 2340 Mödling. Opening hours and directions are on the Bistro & Store page.
Do you supply restaurants and bars?
Yes. For restaurants, bars and customers who need larger quantities we quote separate prices. Write to office@medinarium.com or call +43 676 4800417.
Do you organise tastings?
Yes, we hold tastings and events — in the shop and, by arrangement, elsewhere. Dates are announced on the blog; for a private tasting get in touch directly.
Where do I find details about a product?
On every product page: description, grape or variety, contents, alcohol content and origin, as far as the producer supplies them. If something is missing, ask us and we will check with the producer.
My honey has set solid — is it still good?
Yes. Crystallisation is natural and not a defect; unprocessed honey sets sooner or later. A water bath below 40 °C makes it spreadable again.
What is the minimum age for ordering alcohol?
Wine, rakija and spirits are sold only to persons aged 18 and over. You confirm your age when entering the shop, and the courier may ask for ID on delivery.
